PRACTICAL SKILLS OF THE CHINESE MARTIAL ARTS
KungFu is based on very clear objectives. Most of which leads back to you being able to protect yourself and those you care for. In civilian self-protection that it usually comes to one objective, being able to escape with as little blood loss and injury as possible. In the other roles, such as law enforcement, security, military, doorman, and body-guards, the objectives can vary, and are usually well-defined for you as well.
Knowing your objective, then having the skills to carry out those objectives is crucial.
We approach the Martial Arts in a progressive and safe manner, so that you can develop at your pace and enjoy the process, while you meet some good folks along the way.
